Jaroslav Groero Ph.D.
Graduate of doctoral studies in economics and econometrics at CERGE-EI. Since 2024, he has been working at the IDEA think tank and on the Talent project, which focuses on researching, identifying, and supporting gifted children in the Czech Republic. His research focuses on the influence of environment, upbringing, and genetic predispositions on the development of cognitive and non-cognitive abilities. His goal is to better understand the factors that shape human potential and contribute to its maximum development.
