(Non-)discrimination against female job applicants
// ARTICLE CREATION AND/OR MODIFICATION DATES // note the special format due to date() not functioning with other languages ?>The latest IDEA study by Vojtěch Bartoš titled "(Non-)Discrimination Against Female Job Applicants for Maternity-Related Reasons: Experiment" investigates potential discrimination of female job applicants in the form of a lower probability of getting invited to a job interview. The age of applicants is focused both on the period prior to the time Czech women usually give borth to the first child and on women with young children that might "limit" their working capacity.
